- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the client owns the final compiled code/deliverables.
- Platform Usage: Unauthorized use of our Hub Engine or reverse engineering of our platform is strictly prohibited.
3. Liability & Security
While we implement robust security measures, HUB is not liable for data loss or breaches caused by third-party services or client-side vulnerabilities outside our direct control.
